The pool area served as a solid escape, providing a nice ambiance for relaxation after long days of exploring. The whole setup caters mainly to British tourists, creating a lively atmosphere among the guests.
Reaching the room involved navigating steep steps, which could be a hassle for some. The furnishings, like the old, stained sofa and scratched tables, showed signs of wear and in need of a serious refresh. the cleaning schedule felt inadequate, with only one thorough clean during a six-night stay and a bit of a struggle to get fresh towels by asking at reception.

Staying for six nights was a delightful adventure! With snacks by the pool and a fantastic location just five minutes from the main strip, it made our holiday memorable. The friendly staff were always helpful, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Despite minor hiccups, the enjoyment outweighed the issues.

Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep, making it hard to enjoy the restful break I expected. Limited parking was also inconvenient.

It was just a fitting option for strolling in Puerto del Carmen with outstanding value for money. The twin room was adequate for our needs, but don't expect luxury. Bring a portable Wi-Fi device if you rely on internet access.
